This month our facilitator Laticia Braving is talking to Tom Gallagher - CEO of A & G Engineering.

Tom shares their business story, his passion for the community, the solid entrepreneurial business culture and cultural diversity of the Riverina and the relocating logistics.A & G Engineering is a third-generation company based in Griffith and was founded by Tom's grandfather. They started off primarily servicing the agricultural industry. The founder was interested in the processing systems and, from there, came up with solutions for the local wine industry and how to increase throughput through the wineries.

The business then built from there, and they are now Australia's largest fabricator of stainless steel tanks and vessels, and they are now servicing the wine, brewery, dairy, petrochemical and water treatment industries primarily.Their head office is in Griffith, Barossa Valleys, and Mildura, VIC.
