The facility opened in 1986 and is currently completing a major building upgrade costing some $6 million. We offer person-centred care services to meet individual needs and preferences where the resident is at the heart of everything we do. The ideal candidate would be an individual with a genuine caring and compassionate nature who enjoys caring for the elderly. Role responsibilities: Provide and coordinate complex care services including chronic disease management, wound care, behaviour support, mental health care assessment and planning, and emotional well-being. Maintain the initial and on-going assessment, planning and management of nursing care for residents and ensure the individual needs of residents are identified and met.
