About The Role We’re looking for a passionate Youth Mental Health Clinician to work with young people aged 14–25 who are at risk of or experiencing severe mental illness. This role is all about early intervention, outreach, and recovery-focused care—helping young people and their families access the support they need. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with schools, GPs, community services, and headspace centres to deliver evidence-based interventions and improve mental health literacy in the community. In The Role You Will Provide assertive case management and outreach to hard-to-reach young people. Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to reduce distress and risk. Build strong partnerships with local agencies and primary care providers. Support families and carers with education and guidance. Promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma among young people.
