Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Manual handling and medication administration
Community access and emotional support
Supporting behaviours of concern
Bowel and catheter care
Building strong, respectful relationships with clients and families
Using initiative and working independently on shift
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting clients with ADLs
Qualification and experience in Disability
Flexible availability and willingness to pick up frequent shifts
Manual handling and medication administration experience (essential)
Bowel and catheter care experience (essential)
Experience with behaviours of concern
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check, First Aid and CPR
Full, clean VIC driver's licence
Comfortable around pets
Reliable, proactive, and professional
