Job Description
As a Love Poets videographer, you're not just filming the day, you're capturing the most important moment of people's lives. You'll be bringing the vibes, capturing the story and collaborating with the photographer + other vendors.
We're looking for someone who lives to create, thrives behind the camera, and knows how to tell a story visually. Ideally, you're already shooting weddings, but we're open to talented up-and-comers or wedding photographers.
You'll receive paid training to learn how we shoot and capture moments the way we do.
What You'll Be Doing
* Shooting real, emotional, once-in-a-lifetime moments (the teary vows and rowdy dance floors)
* Most weddings are on Fridays and Saturdays, so expect weekend work
* Work solo or with a second shooter depending on the day
* Travelling across VIC/NSW with travel & accommodation expenses paid
* Collaborating with the photographer and wider vendors
* Keeping your cool on high-energy days and repping the studio with good vibes
* Occasionally assisting on behind-the-scenes or in-studio content
About the Candidate
* A strong showreel or portfolio (wedding work is ideal, but not a deal-breaker)
* Confidence with shooting manual settings
* Experience in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro X
* A curious, creative mindset, someone who creates more than they consume
* You're organised, adaptable, great with people and work well in fast paced environments.
* Hunger to level up both yourself and the people around you
