The Therapeutic Specialist – Residential Care, based in Wodonga, leads the development of trauma-informed support plans for young people in residential care. This role combines clinical assessment, direct therapeutic work, and ongoing consultation with carers and professionals to embed therapeutic approaches into daily practice. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help create safe, supportive environments that promote healing and development. The role involves flexible service delivery and is backed by regular supervision and a strong organisational focus on evidence-informed, strengths-based care.
