With up to 1.9 EFT of permanent employment available, this is an opportunity to shape a role that works for you. We're open to discussing part-time or full-time arrangements and offer flexibility for the successful candidate to be based in either Wodonga or Wangaratta.
In this role, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering Allied Health and Nursing services to older adults, people living with disability and people with chronic conditions. Our services are delivered in peoples' homes, communities or are clinic based. We use a mixture of individual and group service delivery models and have a focus on wellness and reablement.

About the Candidate
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
* Qualifications in Speech Pathology
* Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia
* Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable community members
