Job DescriptionThis position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the grain site including managing the receiving, warehousing and out turn of grain. Key tasks of this role include the day-to-day supervision of staff, meeting budgets and achieving compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Providing positive leadership to the team through the support and development of team members, appropriate rostering and supervision of works Ensuring a safe and healthy environment through the identification, evaluation and control of risks Ensuring grain quality on out turn is equal to or better than as it was graded on receival Maintaining site hygiene including but not limited to grain husbandry and tarp maintenance Managing bunker and silo pest control to ensure zero live insects found on out turn Developing and managing ongoing external client relationships with growers, transport operators, key stakeholders Please note that you must be an Australian Citizen or have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.
