About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will:
Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and genuine care.
Manage bookings, check-ins, and vehicle updates, ensuring customers are well-informed.
Handle customer concerns professionally, knowing when to escalate issues to management.
Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers, with no mechanical knowledge required!
