Position Overview Table 451 Eat + Drink is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and customer service. The successful candidate will manage staff, control costs, and maintain operational standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities Planning and organising the daily operations of the restaurant. Managing restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and supervision. Monitoring customer service standards and resolving customer complaints. Coordinating food and beverage service to ensure efficiency and quality. Controlling operational costs, including food, labour, and overhead expenses. Maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations. Managing budgets, financial records, and cash handling procedures. Promoting the restaurant through marketing and promotional activities. Liaising with chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Requirements Relevant qualification such as a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent. At least two years of relevant full-time experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and WHS standards. Experience with budgeting, stock control, and cost management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. What We Offer Full-time role with salary of $74,950 + 12% superannuation .
