With over 100 employees, we are the largest employer in Yackandandah.Our unique, intergenerational site brings together residential aged care, childcare, a medical centre, allied health services and independent apartment living — reflecting our progressive and community-focused approach to care.Your responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will: Conduct holistic assessments in partnership with residents and families Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Deliver high-quality clinical care, including medication management, wound care and palliative care Liaise with medical practitioners and allied health professionals Promote a positive, resident-centred experience Work in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards About you You will bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) A genuine passion for person-centred care Interested?
