Travel nurses are also encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, person-centered care to elderly residents. Assess, monitor, and manage resident health, including medication administration and treatment. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-practice care. Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence at all times. Support, educate, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Maintain compliance with clinical standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards. Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership experience Proven experience in assessing and reviewing care plans Sound understanding of AN-ACC Minimum 3 years’ Registered Nurse experience, preferably within Aged Care Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards Sound understanding of assessment and care planning processes Minimum experience: 2 years' experience in care management role in the residential aged care setting and demonstrated ability to develop and manage care plans. Desirable experience: Experience with the residential aged care classification and funding systems (ACFI/ AC CC). Key Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. 2025/2026 Influenza Vaccination record. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Current Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one). Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available ).
