office in Queensland, delivering services across Australia. We specialise in freight forwarding,
warehousing, and distribution services, supporting businesses across retail, manufacturing, and e-
commerce sectors. We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team at EFC - VIC
office at 10 Albertson Rd, Barnawartha North, VIC 3691.
Job responsibilities:
Coordinating contracts and project activities within logistics operations.
Liaising and negotiating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project
goals and successful outcomes.
Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.Maintaining accurate project and contract documentation.
Supporting administrative processes to ensure smooth project coordination.
Collaborating with managers and stakeholders to support project coordination and achieve
operational goals.
Providing advice to senior management when necessary.
Ensuring that directives from management are carried out effectively and on time.
Supervising contractors and reporting on work variations.
Preparing and presenting operational and progress reports.
Analysing project data and delivering outcome reports.
Overseeing office accommodation and facility arrangements.
What we offer
Salary: $76,000 - $78,000
