Therefore, to help our clients, their families, and caregivers achieve their goals by providing tailored solutions to their mobility needs, now and in the future.About the role:Our Product Consultant will work closely with OT’s, PT’s and other health professionals to ensure clients receive· Honest expert advice· Tailored solutions for comfort, support and independent living· High-Quality field leading productsThis is a relatively autonomous role so you should be self-motivated and well organised.Travel will be required. A vehicle will be supplied.Key responsibilities:Provide expert advice on AT to clinicians, clients and their families and our dealersConduct and coordinate product demonstrations and equipment trials on location and via in-home trials.Support clients in achieving positive outcomes.Build and maintain strong partnerships with therapists, community stakeholders and our dealersSkills and Experience:Proven experience and knowledge of AT equipmentEffectively manage your time and workload to meet deadlines and client needsActively participate in and complete all necessary and required trainingDemonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDisplay intermediate computer skills.Proficiency in MS Office.
