Plant Refueler/ Diesel Mechanic

Our client is on the lookout for a mechanically minded person to join their team as a Plant Refueler and/or Diesel Mechanic.This role will see you travel around to local civil development sites to refuel mobile plants and perform minor maintenance tasks as requiredWhat you'll be doing Maintain refueling schedule for plant and equipment Base level maintenance on plant and equipment - Grease, check & top up oils, blow filters, general inspection Inspection and minor service on smaller machines onsite Perform basic preventative maintenance in the workshop on plant vehicles and equipment Minor troubleshooting and repair on plants, vehicles and equipment both onsite and in the workshop Maintain workshop areas and vehicles to company standard of cleanliness Maintain service and repair records of works completed What you will need HR or MR Heavy Vehicle Licence Forklift Licence Dangerous goods Licence - or willingness to obtain A Plant mechanic qualification is not essential - however a mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn is a requirement If you have an ability to perform under pressure, you're physically fit and well organized, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
