About The Role As a Personal Care Worker Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced care staff to support older community members with: Personal care and assistance with daily tasks Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts Providing personal care in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences Social engagement and companionship Safe mobility assistance and transfers Delivering safe, high-quality care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards All training is provided, and you'll be supported every step of the way. This Opportunity Is Ideal For Year 11 or Year 12 students or school leavers TAFE graduates or leavers Anyone looking to begin a rewarding career in aged care No prior experience is required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
