Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Albury! As a Personal Banker, you’ll play a key role in representing Beyond Bank Australia’s core values while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with customers to provide solutions aligned with our strategy, all while achieving your individual performance goals and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
In the role you will
Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers Make proactive outbound phone calls to connect with our existing customers Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer

Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service Genuine passion for building lasting relationships and supporting the local community Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Skilled in problem-solving with a sharp analytical mindset Previous experience in banking or financial services is an advantage, but not essential Self-motivated and confident working independently Have experience and are comfortable with making outbound phone calls to our existing customers See yourself in our team
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be joining the Albury Branch Team, a group of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to provide exceptional support to our customers. Whether you are working face-to-face, or over the phone, you will be committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with their banking needs.
