Join our team and help keep our customers moving! We’re seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our busy parts department, supporting multiple automotive franchises. You’ll be the go-to person for identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts — ensuring our valued customers and workshop team get what they need, when they need it.
The Role In this hands-on position, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Identifying parts and coordinating the sales process from order through to invoicing
Carrying out stock control and storage procedures
Receiving and processing incoming orders for parts, and organising dispatch
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Building strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, brands, and products
About You To be considered for this role, you will have:
Experience with vehicle parts, accessories, and technical parts knowledgeGreat communication skills and strong attention to detailIntermediate to advanced computer skills and experience using inventory or ordering systemsProblem-solving ability and sound decision-making skillsA valid driver’s licence (essential)A forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)Enthusiasm for cars, parts, and accessories
