What you’ll be doing: Using innovative, evidence-based skills, as the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Clinician, you’ll provide recovery‑focused support to people presenting with mental health challenges. You will: Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments and develop personalised care plans.Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions including CBT, ACT, DBT and solution‑focused approaches.Work collaboratively through intake, case conferencing, joint sessions,, allied health and community services.Manage and escalate risks to ensure consumer safety. Provide flexible support via face‑to‑face, telehealth and outreach across the region.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and required data reporting (PMHC‑MDS).Your contribution as a healthcare professional will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.
