Our client is seeking a mechanically minded and reliable individual to join their team as a Plant Refueler and/or Diesel Mechanic.In this role, you'll travel to local civil development sites to refuel mobile plant equipment and carry out minor maintenance tasks, ensuring machinery remains safe, compliant and ready for operation.What You'll Be Doing Managing and maintaining refuelling schedules for plant and equipment Carrying out basic maintenance including greasing, oil checks and top-ups, filter cleaning and general inspections Completing minor servicing and preventative maintenance on plant, vehicles and equipment Performing basic troubleshooting and minor repairs both onsite and in the workshop Maintaining accurate service and repair records Keeping workshop areas and service vehicles clean and organised to company standards What You'll Need HR or MR Heavy Vehicle Licence Forklift Licence Dangerous Goods Licence (or willingness to obtain) Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn (formal qualification not essential) Ability to work independently, stay organised and perform under pressure Physically fit with a strong work ethic This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a practical, field-based role where no two days are the same.
