Are you passionate about driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Performance and Reporting team. This role is pivotal in providing financial management and activity performance insights that enable sound business decisions and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly variance reports and trend data to assist stakeholders in analysing business performance. Monitor monthly performance, investigate variances, and recommend remedial actions. Provide high-level, timely advice to support operational and strategic plans. Drive revenue maximisation opportunities and ensure agreed business outcomes are achieved. Assist in annual budget development and performance analysis for funding submissions and business cases. Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to improve financial literacy and reporting systems. Prepare operational analysis and forecasts for senior management and executive teams. About You
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CA/CPA preferred but not essential). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset. Awareness of relevant accounting legislation for public health services. Personal Attributes
