Were seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic team based in Wodonga.About the Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Youll work closely with senior leaders and cost centre managers to drive financial literacy, optimise revenue opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly variance reports and trend analysis to support business performance. Monitor financial performance and initiate remedial actions where necessary. Provide timely, high-level financial advice to support strategic and operational plans. Assist in budget development and forecasting. Liaise with external stakeholders, including government departments. Support funding submissions and business cases with detailed costings and analysis. Promote financial literacy across the organisation. Contribute to quality improvement and risk management initiatives. About You You are a collaborative and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:
A bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent (CA/CPA preferred). Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
