Introduction We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Albury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, and has a genuine interest in industrial products and technical solutions. Description You will play a key role in supporting our customers and external sales by: Managing inbound sales enquiries and processing orders efficiently Preparing accurate quotations and following up opportunities Providing product advice and technical support on industrial products Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers Supporting branch sales targets and profitability goals Skills And Experiences To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous internal sales or customer service experience (industrial experience highly regarded) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and results-driven mindset High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confidence working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment Experience within the industrial, engineering, manufacturing or trade supply sectors will be highly regarded.
