Description Hutcheon and Pearce ICT Manager Full-Time | Wagga Wagga (Shared Resource Office) Position Overview As the ICT Manager, it will be your responsibility to manage and support a team of Technical Specialists in the development and implementation of technical solutions for Hutcheon and Pearce. You will mange the day-to-day operations of the organisations network, sever infrastructure, and corporate computer systems while working to continually develop them. Leading your team in providing operational support and advice to all Hutcheon and Pearce users and systems. ICT Support Oversight: Oversee service desk operations and support across the Hutcheon and Pearce. Policy & Standards: Develop ICT policies and procedures to ensure systems meet user needs and expectations. Cybersecurity: Maintain and strengthen cyber and data security measures. Infrastructure Management: Oversee phone, internet, server, and networking systems. Tech Innovation: Research and implement new technologies to boost productivity and support business needs. Mobile Computing: Manage mobile tech to ensure availability and effectiveness. Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop ICT staff to build capability and support innovation. Service Desk Escalation: Manage and review escalated service issues to maintain quality support. Supplier Management: Negotiate with vendors to secure favourable terms and pricing. Service Levels: Establish and manage SLAs to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the business. About You: Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology Administration. Extensive experience in the installation, operation and support of enterprise wide computing facilities. Broad experience in the development of standards and technical solutions requiring cross functional coordination in a large corporate computing environment. Extensive experience in the development of communications infrastructure, including e mail systems and internet services on a corporate wide area network. Expertise in the installation and configuration of Windows systems LANs and SDWANs. Extensive experience in the management of an enterprise wide Windows domains. High level leadership, team development, project management, communication and organisational skills. Extensive analytical and problems solving skills. Extensive knowledge of current Information Technology policies and industry standards and trends. Experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms (including Dynamics and PowerApps) desired Current NSW driver’s licence ITIL certification or equivalent experience preferred.
