The Position As a HR Advisor at AlburyCity Council, you will work across a range of Human Resources functions, providing a professional service delivering contemporary and customer focussed advisory and support.
Working 35 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO

Tasks & responsibilities
Support HR Business Partners to undertake projects and tasks associated with the full range of HR functions including: Workplace Relations (Flexible Working Arrangements, Industrial Relations, Performance management) Reward and Recognition (Skill Assessments, Performance Reviews and Employee Recognition) Employee and Talent Development (Orientation Program and Corporate Training) Build and maintain effective partnerships with key internal stakeholders to support our leaders in providing appropriate HR advice. Assist in the development and implementation of HR procedures, guidelines and frameworks. Collate, analyse and present HR statistical data from various databases. Promote and contribute to a positive workplace environment. This will include providing accurate and timely advice to management and staff on employment related matters and liaising with unions where relevant. Qualifications & experience
Proven experience delivering professional support within a Human Resources or related administrative setting, encompassing a wide range of HR functions and processes Minimum Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or a related field such as behavioural science, or management Hours
Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
