Description We currently have an opportunity for a Handover Takeover (HOTO) Administrator to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), which is a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities.
We are seeking candidates with NV1 Security Clearance to be part of our team on the redevelopment project, covering the Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and the RAAF Base Wagga.
This is a site-based role for the RAAF Base Wagga area, with relocation packages being offered.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Work closely with HOTO Manager to facilitate the requirements of the HOTO Plan/Checklist.
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure HOTO Deliverables are delivered in accordance with the HOTO Schedule.
Review HOTO documentation for quality and compliance with Defence Requirements.
Assist in the development/update of required Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Position is Defence Estate Data Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Primary Resource/Contact for the project for Estate Data deliverables (GDLS).
Liaise with Subcontractors on queries and data corrections
Supply data training (ERIM) and mentoring for RRJV personnel and subcontractors.
What you’ll bring
Hold or able to obtain an NV1 Government Security Clearance (must have) Qualifications or significant experience in a combination of at least two of the following: Business Analytics; Technical Engineering; Maintenance or Financial Data; SAP Data Creation; Geospatial Information, Defence Estate Information Creation; or Data Modelling Knowledge of Engineering, Asset Management and Maintenance requirements from Estate Data
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced dataset manipulation abilities using Asset Databases and Microsoft Excel (and WebFM would be advantageous)
Excellent written and verbal skills, including interpersonal, communication ability
