Key Responsibilities
* Serve customers in the bar and gaming areas in a friendly and professional manner
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-presented bar area
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
* Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
* Assist with general venue operations as required
* Support team members during busy service periods
* Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times

About the Candidate

* Previous hospitality, gaming, retail, or customer service experience preferred
* Table service experience preferred but not essential
* High attention to detail and presentation standards
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Current RSA & RCG or willingness to obtain
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented approach
