Job Description
Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities., * Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
* Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
* Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
* Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
About the Candidate
* Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
* Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday

* $32.61 to $36.59/hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time
