Head Barista or 2IC – Guardhouse Café, Temora
The Guardhouse Café is seeking an experienced Head Barista or 2IC to support the Café Manager & help lead the team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for specialty coffee, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a busy café environment.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a barista, with strong coffee knowledge and skills
Leadership qualities to train, mentor, and guide staff
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Availability to work weekends and across various shifts
A positive, team-focused attitude
