This role is based in regional Victoria and involves overseeing operations across two nearby locations.Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will take full accountability for driving strategic and operational performance across all departments — including new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, finance & insurance — while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey.About the Role
Provide visionary leadership and direction to staff across multi-site operations
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with key performance and growth targets
Oversee daily operations across sales, service, parts, and finance
Drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand compliance
Build and lead a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability and cohesion
Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and community partners
Ensure financial objectives and manufacturer KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
Represent the brand and business positively within the community
About You
Proven experience as a General Manager or Dealer Principal in the automotive industry
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Demonstrated success in both sales and fixed operations
Commercial acumen and solid financial management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to align local initiatives with broader business goals
