Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in accordance with menu standards Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes served Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Assist with stock rotation, inventory control, and food preparation tasks Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times Comply with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu development and improvements Qualifications & Experience
