We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Violence Case Manager to join our highly respected Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Team in Albury. This is more than a case management role. You will support Aboriginal individuals and families impacted by family violence through culturally safe, trauma-informed care, advocacy, referrals and ongoing support. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team and trusted community partners, you will help people navigate difficult times while reconnecting them with the services, supports and opportunities they need to heal and thrive.
