Job Description
As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy manufacturing facility. You will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties may include:
* General factory and manufacturing duties.
* Operating machinery and production equipment.
* Using hand tools and basic equipment.
* Assembling and preparing products.
* Loading and unloading materials.
* Conducting basic quality checks.
* Following production instructions and basic drawings.
* Packing and preparing finished products.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
* Following all workplace health and safety procedures.
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
* Performing manual handling and other physically demanding tasks as required.
About the Candidate

* Previous factory, manufacturing, production or steel industry experience is highly regarded.
