We are here to learn, to grown, to achieve and to create genuine connections within our community.The Position - We have a Full time and Part time (30 hours per week) roles available To ensure AlburyCity’s Early Childhood Education and Care service offers a vibrant, nurturing and adventure-filled learning environment where every child can thrive—while running as efficiently and effectively as possible.Tasks and responsibilities To develop and implement a curriculum which meets the developmental, cultural and individual needs of children attending Banjora. To be actively involved with children as individuals and in groups, assisting them to participate in daily routines and to develop their skills. To maintain and complete children's daily record sheets and record attendance details of children. To comply with the Education and Care Services National Regulations. To report on all maintenance and equipment needs and replacements. To follow housekeeping practices which ensure that equipment is maintained at an optimal level and that designated areas are kept clean and tidy. Qualifications and experience Diploma in Children's Services or working towards a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) NSW Working with Children Clearance Current First Aid Certificate (compulsory to have and maintain) Current Accredited Emergency Asthma Management Training (compulsory to have and maintain) Current Accredited Anaphylaxis Management Training (compulsory to have and maintain) Hours Based on 38 hours per week, working across a 5-day spread, with actual days and times being worked in accordance with rotating roster. Hours worked on weekends will attract the appropriate loadings.
