This is a pivotal senior leadership role driving the modernisation of our Information Communication Technology (ICT) services and shaping a customer-focused, service-oriented operating model that supports the University's strategic goals. As Director, Service Delivery, you’ll lead the evolution of our web, applications, and integration platforms, driving innovation in user experience, learning technologies, and CRM systems. About you You are a strategic thinker and experienced ICT leader with a proven track record in: Leading large-scale service delivery teams in complex environmentsDriving digital transformation and customer centric service modelsManaging budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectivelyBuilding strong stakeholder relationships and navigating change with confidenceApplying ITIL and other service management frameworks to improve performance and accountabilityAbout us We are a university of the land and people of our regions.
