We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in providing support and care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with diverse needs and be committed to promoting independence and enhancing quality of life for our residents.

Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and recreational activities Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor resident progress and report any concerns or changes in behavior to supervisory staff Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents Assist residents in developing independent living skills Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in human services or related field preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Schedule 1 44 hrs & 2 sleepovers a fortnight
