ABOUT THE ROLE Customer Service Officers play an integral role in ensuring clients’ access to care and service options through Gateway Health is seamless. This role ensures that the client feels they have been listened to and have had their questions and needs taken seriously in a culturally sensitive manner. They are relied upon by the organisation to provide factual, reliable and responsive information relevant to everyone they assist. This role is integral to the efficient operation of Gateway Health’s service delivery. Successful candidates will be provided a comprehensive training program in our systems, processes, and procedures, as well as in-house support to ensure the success of our new team members. In addition, the new team members will be joining a team of dedicated and enthusiastic people, in a business where everyone is treated with respect and valued for their contribution. You will enjoy working in a small team and highly flexible work environment, with a genuine focus on identifying and meeting customer needs. You will have a strong customer service background, attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills. Having several years’ experience within a fast-paced customer service or reception-based role, you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
