Six (6) month term contract available.
Remuneration of $2,507.68 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,009.22 gross per fortnight + superannuation.
Your new role:
Our focused customer service team members are the first point of contact for enquiries and provide valuable assistance for community members with a wide range of requests.
Duties of this position will include but are not limited to:
Providing advice to both internal and external customers;
Undertaking call centre operations;
Processing applications and requests including development applications;
Providing feedback to customers on unresolved issues in a timely manner; and
Cash handling responsibilities including receipting and reconciliation.
What you will need to succeed:
Substantial previous customer service and/or administrative experience relevant to the role;
Excellent time management;
Organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; and
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
