Team members are driven by a shared commitment to strengthening communities and creating positive outcomes that make a real difference.The Role We are looking for an individual with proven leadership skills to lead a dedicated team in the community services sector. Lead and support a multidisciplinary community / social services team of 12 Oversee daily service delivery to ensure quality, compliance and positive client outcomes Provide supervision, performance management and professional development to staff Manage stakeholder relationships, complaints and operational risk Monitor budgets, reporting and regulatory requirements Contribute to continuous improvement and service development initiatives The Benefits Flexible work arrangements with the opportunity to apply for a WFH arrangement Exercise during work hours. The successful candidate must participate in a National Police Check and Working with Children Check as this role operates within a Child Safe organisation.
