The Clinical Team Leader – Therapeutic Services is responsible for clinical leadership of the therapeutic services team in partnership with the Therapeutic and Allied Health Services Manager. The Therapeutic and Allied Health team provides therapeutic support to children, young people, adults and families. These services aim to create therapeutic environments that assist individuals to heal from their trauma. All services delivered by Junction are underpinned by the organisation’s evidence-informed Therapeutic Framework.
