We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in the Albury / Wodonga region. This role is based in a vibrant, modern, large-scale facility with a highly supportive management team, working in collaboration with another Care Manager and a Quality Support Manager.
