About the Candidate Lavington Residential Aged Care is seeking a reliable and flexible Casual Care Service Employee (CSE) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with recent aged care experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive resident experience. You will be a strong team player, committed to providing high-quality support services, and available to work a variety of shifts at short notice.
