We seek two (2) experienced individuals to work as part of the Infrastructure Services Directorate in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner, supporting the Managers and Directorate in achieving goals and objectives through the provision of high-level customer service and administrative support services.
o AS087 Business Support Officer This position will be responsible for supporting the Civil Operations and Project Management / Delivery areas within the Infrastructure Services Directorate.
o AS381 Business Support Officer This position will be responsible for supporting Wastewater & Stormwater and Plant, Fleet & Buildings areas within the Infrastructure Services Directorate.

Remuneration of $2,507.68 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,009.22 gross per fortnight plus superannuation (11.5%).

Your new roles:
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Providing administrative coordination and support to the Civil Operations and Project Management / Delivery, Wastewater and Stormwater and Plant and Fleet Divisions including diary and workflow management, maintaining databases and electronic records systems and agendas and minutes for meetings.
Providing quality customer service for the functional areas of the Division; and
Undertaking administrative duties relevant to the role as well as assisting the Managers with calendar/diary scheduling and management of correspondence.
What you will need to succeed:
The successful applicant will have:
Qualifications relevant to the role i.e. Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated administrative and customer service experience including calendar/diary scheduling and management of emails and correspondence; and
Highly developed communication skills.
