Key Responsibilities As our next Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be a key partner to the Venue Manager—mentoring our team, driving high standards, and ensuring every customer has an amazing experience. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who excels at making quick, effective decisions and stays organised when things get busy to keep our store running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  Lead, motivate, and guide a team of fantastic individuals to ensure smooth daily operations.  Encourage a positive work environment while promoting our company's core values.  Execute effective rostering and forecasting to meet business demands.  Oversee the preparation and presentation of our products ensuring they meet our standards of taste and quality.  Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.  Provide exceptional customer service, addressing feedback to ensure guests have a memorable experience.  Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and optimise stock to minimise waste.  Uphold strict adherence to health and safety guidelines for both staff and customers.  Drive profitability and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners. Key Requirements (About You)  2–5 years of hospitality experience.  Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position within the fast- food or fast-casual industry.  Strong leadership abilities, communication, great personal presentation, and attention to detail.  Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving profitability.  Experience leading a team within a busy, fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.  Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (current Food Safety Certificate would be preferred)  Availability for evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
