As our right-hand hero (also known as 2IC), you'll be the go-to support for the Service Manager - helping to keep our day-to-day magic running smoothly! From making sure we meet all the important compliance goals to cheering on your team, you'll be a key part of what makes our service shine.
About the Candidate
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Minimum 2 years experience in a current Second in Charge role
* Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
* Current Working with Children Check
* Mandatory National Child Safety Training
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training..
* Confidence when communicating with all levels of management.
* A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our service
