Your Next Role Reporting to the Despatch and Warehouse Supervisor you will be focused on effectively coordinating shifts to ensure the suitable resources are available and fully trained in their respective areas. Shift or area production results are consistently delivered to plan; we are here to serve our Customers. A culture of continuous improvement is evident where you lead the team to partner with stakeholders to achieve output efficiencies in safety, quality and delivery. Improvements and solutions optimise the efficiency of the plant and are identified in a timely manner. Maintain high standards of housekeeping across your area through proactive daily practices. Tumbarumba You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW. This idyllic country town offers affordable living and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of people and is situated within 90 minutes drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury. About you Leadership experience in a similar position with demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and train team members. Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in lean manufacturing, or JIT (Just In Time) advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including shift work as required. Current first aid certificate, or ability to obtain. Forklift ticket required. Why Hyne Timber?
