Administration Officer - Full Time

About the role: Be part of a team driving real change across the Riverina! REROC is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to support our Wagga Wagga office. In this full-time diverse role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and team to advance our innovative energy and waste projects, while helping deliver regional events that connect and empower local communities. What you'll be doing: Manage a variety of administrative duties including reception, data entry, correspondence, day-to-day office functions. Provide administrative and general support to the CEO and Project staff. Provide high-quality customer service to all stakeholders. Assist with the coordination of in-person and online meetings, conferences, and events. Developing marketing and promotional resources, including social media content. Maintain and update records, databases and financial transactions. Support the REROC Board and team with other administrative tasks as required. What we're looking for: Demonstrated experience in an Administration role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. Skilled in using modern technology and associated software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and other programs such as Social Media platforms, MYOB, Canva. Adaptable and flexible approach to accommodate changing priorities. Event coordination experience would be an advantage. Hold a valid Drivers’ License with a clear driving record and reliable transport.
