Job
summary
We
are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic full-time Hotel manager to
oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest
satisfaction.
Key
responsibilities:
Lead, direct, and manage all hotel operations activities including reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Hotel; Monitor team member performance through mentoring, coaching, and professional development; Supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance; Update Promotions& Specials including price management; Manage Social Media accounts including content posting and marketing; In charge of ordering and maintaining supplier relationships; Ensuring compliance with health, safety and NSW Liqour& Gaming regulations.
Experiences
and qualifications:
At least 3 years of Management experience in the Hotel/Hospitability industry Relavent hospitality or management qualifications, accredited NSW RSA & RCG , and advanced licensee certificate.
Summary of role requirements: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role Expected salary: $73,150 per year
