You're an energetic retail leader who loves connecting with customers, developing high-performing teams and achieving sales success. With previous management experience in fashion, accessories, retail or customer-focused environments, you're confident leading by example on the shop floor. Highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about styling, you'll bring enthusiasm and positivity every day.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead daily store operations and customer experience
* Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team
* Drive sales, KPIs and store profitability
* Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
* Manage stock, rostering and operational excellence

* Previous Store Management experience
* Strong sales and KPI achievement history
