500 cow Jersey Farm in Deniliquin NSW. Family owned and run with a wonderful team of both Australians and over seas workers.
About the Candidate
First position is Tractor feedout/ farm work. So experience in farm and/or tractor driving, a definite advantage., Good attitude is a must. Two days off a fortnight.
Work Environment
Remember, under the Horticulture Award, you must be paid at least the minimum wage for each day you work. If you're paid by piece rate for a fruit picking role, you should earn at least 15% more than the minimum hourly rate for your classification. Ensure you receive a piecework record before starting, detailing your pay rate. Be informed - you can read more about minimum wage and piece rates for fruit picking jobs here., For both positions Pay is the award rate for casuals, at 32 an hour.
Guaranteed 38 hrs a week (but will probably get more) and overtime paid for any extra hours in a 4 week period.
Shared Rental Accomodation (seperate bedrooms) available on farm which includes electricity and water and all furniture.
